In 2013, the EFF held two training courses for female politicians of different political parties in Budva, Montenegro. The first training was about the basic principles of a democracy. Topics within this training were local politics, party discipline, room for (own) opinions, contact with citizens, current political movements and women's activism. The second training dealed with communication skills: how to formulate a political message and how to present this message.
The training helps to raise awareness of the political position of women and to build the confidence to play an active role in a political party. Because of the multiparty aspect, the trainings also help to understand other points of view. This contributes to a less polarised relationship between the parties.
